Has it always been your goal to leave your business in the family, but no one is at a point in their lives right now to take on the ownership and responsibilities? We can incorporate a buy-back component in the event a family member wants to buy into the business later. If this is important to you, let's discuss.

I Want to Buy & Grow Your Business!

Steven Guy Palubiak

I’ve worked in the trenches carrying quotas across Silicon Valley and the Midwest, selling over $20 million of software and tech infrastructure. No matter the product or market, the fundamentals remain and I want to apply these to grow your business.

With an eye for strategy, innovation and execution, I was selected to participate in Cisco's competitive year-long Leadership Program with 40 colleagues broken out into 7 teams. In the end, my team won 1st place for identifying a struggling business segment and proposing a plan to right the ship. The net result of our changes helped set the stage to recapture $150M of recurring revenue.

Today, I'm based in St. Louis, MO with my wife and two daughters and looking to leverage the lessons I've learned over the years to acquire and grow a portfolio of businesses.

If you feel it'd make sense for us to connect, please reach out. I'd welcome the opportunity to get to know you better.

Sincerely,

Steven

10 Rules of Building a Successful Company

Surfing's Influence

While living in California, I picked up surfing. After a year, I ordered a custom 7'0" Channel Islands Flyer with bright green rails. Two months later, it arrived and I drove to Santa Cruz's Steamer Lane for the first time.

Walking past the RIP signs and down the cliff stairs, I quickly realized I was not prepared for this spot. Just moments later, the waves took grip of me and pushed me close to the rocks. Frantic and shaking, I managed to make it back to shore.

In surfing, as in business, success hinges on preparation, quick decisions, and the ability to adapt amidst changing environments.

Over the next year, I made the 100 mile round trip drive nearly every weekend learning how to read the waves, where the locals took off, and overcoming my fears so I don't panic during the big sets.

Now residing back in the Midwest, my board hangs on the wall behind me as a reminder to always be learning and ready to take on new challenges.
